Lisa is a child and adolescent psychologist who has worked in a variety of settings, including primary and senior schools, private practice, disability services and NGO’s. Lisa has over ten years’ experience working with children, teens and parents which has included therapeutic work in London, Melbourne and now the beautiful South Coast. Lisa values the individual needs of each client and attempts to incorporate their personal interests, strengths, and goals throughout the therapy process. Lisa recognises the importance of strengthening the support systems around a young person and is passionate about working collaboratively with parents, schools and other professionals. Lisa is trained in Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) and tends to incorporate key principles from her training in her work with families, she is also trained in The Cool Kids Anxiety program. Outside of work, Lisa is a mother of two girls and enjoys spending her rare spare time practicing yoga, going for long walks or hanging out at the beach. Lisa is passionate about all things music, coffee, and collecting quirky looking coffee mugs!

Claire is a child psychologist who focuses on working with 4 to 12 year olds. Claire has previously lived in Sydney and is currently based in Geelong. She delivers engaging and fun online therapy to children Australia wide. Claire has extensive experience working with children with anxiety, developmental difference and neurodivergence. She is passionate about delivering telehealth to people from rural and regional locations across Australia. Outside of work Claire enjoys spending time with her two small dogs and organising a local puppy 'playgroup'.
Christa McCarthy Social Worker - Adolescents & Young Adults
Christa McCarthy is a qualified Social Worker with over ten years of experience providing therapeutic support to children, teenagers and young adults. Christa is skilled at 'meeting people where they're at', and providing safe, affirming and non-judgmental counselling. Her training in psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Relaxation Therapies (Diaphragmatic breathing and PMR) are underpinned by strong social justice values. Christa aims to create a safe and accessible environment to explore and practice cognitive-social-emotional skills and strategies that will settle a dysregulated nervous system, improve opportunities for connection, and empower clients to participate in the things that are meaningful for them. As a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Christa is held to the AASW Practice Standards and the AASW Code of Ethics. Christa is a lifelong learner and is committed to participating in ongoing professional learning, development and supervision.
Belinda Stafford Social Worker/Play Therapist
Bel is an accredited social worker and play therapist with over ten years’ experience working with children, parents and caregivers in a variety of roles. Most recently, Belinda completed her studies in Child Centred Play Therapy and Interplay (attachment therapy), and is passionate about providing accessible and developmentally appropriate therapies to children and their families. A neuro and gender affirming clinician, Bel believes that the best therapy is based on respect, understanding, compassion and of course, playfulness! Bel is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). When not in the play room you’ll find Bel doing LOTS of different things but her favourite is snuggling on the lounge with her daughter, wife and puppy whilst watching movies. Bel also loves eating peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and growing flowers for the bees.

Lesley-Anne is a child and adolescent psychologist with over 10 years experience working with children, teens and parents in schools, disability services, and private practice. In January 2020 Lesley-Anne relocated from rural Victoria to to the far south coast to work as a Bushfire Counsellor and School Psychologist. She values genuine, friendly and collaborative approaches to mental health and well being and places high value on assisting her clients to utilise and grow their own unique strengths. Lesley-Anne is currently offering a range of assessment services and adopts a Neurodiversity affirming framework. She is also a PsychBA approved Supervisor and offers primary and secondary supervision to Provisional Psychologists and Psychologists. Outside of work, Lesley-Anne enjoys ocean swimming and hanging out with her English Cocker Spaniel.
